Aura/Energy Field

 

Aura - 

Your Aura is your energy field, these colors surround you and reflect you in the moment. Aura’s can change depending on what is going on in your life. 

The Aura is represented in many paintings of saints and ascended masters as their Halo. 

I am not going to go over the color meanings in this video.  There is tons of information about the meaning of color on the internet and in many books. 

I am going to talk about maintaining your energy field. What might be influencing you and how to see your aura. 

Everyone can see their own aura. One way you can do this is go into a semi dark room with a mirror. The bigger the mirror the better. 

Intention is a big part in doing energy work. Stand in front of the mirror and Intend to see your aura for your highest good. = Very important to say it out loud. 

Look up toward your eyebrows. You will start to see your Aura through your peripheral vision. Take note of the colors you are seeing. You might see symbols, your spirit guides or spirit animals, your guardian angel or your chakras, heart chakra with its hear strings, old energy cords needing to be removed. There might be dark spots needing to be cleared. Your aura might seem dull in color. 

When I do an intuitive reading, I am looking at your Aura. I look for anything that doesn’t serve you and start clearing out anything not serving you. 

Maintaining your energy field is really important, it helps to brighten and lighten you. 

Here is a great meditation that does not take long and you can do it anywhere.

Take a deep breath, visualize a vortex forming at your feet. With each breath that you take the vortex spins faster and faster moving up your body, clearing out all energy no longer serving you. Allow the vortex to spin above your head and release it out into the universe. 

Your Aura is clear.

This will help you start cutting away anything sucking your energy out of you. 

When you are done doing these two steps, go back to the mirror and check your aura again.

Your Aura will look brighter and more expansive. Take time to work on your aura. It is very important to keep it clean and clear no matter your profession. It is a filter and a reflection of you. 

Make sure to step into your disco ball to protect and again filter for you so you remain clear in your thoughts and emotions. 

Maintaining our Aura helps us maintain a high resonance and through our clarity we have the ability to strengthen our relationships with our Spirit Guides, Angels and the Creator.
