Psychic Tip of the Day - Meditation & Prayer

Image
What is the difference between prayer and meditation? Praying is the You speaking to the Creator, spirit guides or angels. Meditation is opening yourself up for the answers to your prayers, intentions or requests. I pray before I make an important decision. I ask the Creator, spirit guides and angels for signs, symbols and specific phrases to help me make decisions, for my highest good and for those who are connected to that outcome. Before praying I put myself in a place where there is no distractions. It is quiet. The quiet helps my mind calm down. I use a Mala to start my prayers.  A Mala is a set of prayer beads. My favorite Mala is made from wood beads and a Quan Yin pendant. I use the chant Om Mani Padme Hum - this chant helps me quiet my mind so I have the ability to pray with clarity. This chant raises my resonance so I can focus my prayer and intentions. I always feel my crown chakra tingle at this time, this is my sign of connection to

Psychic Tip of the Day - Boundaries - Self Preservation

Image
Boundaries are what I call decisive action . It is you letting your friends, family, significant others and acquaintances know who you are. We have friends and family, if you give them an inch they will definitely take a mile. They will wear us down with their demands and attitudes. We might do everything we can to please and appease them. Nothing will ever be good enough and we exhaust ourselves trying. We think maybe if I try harder I can be a better guide to this person. Stop! Instead of bending over backward and doing all kinds of crazy acrobats, try setting up some boundaries with this person (s). This is a ‘be present and honor yourself ’ lesson. Here is your checklist – 1.) How do I feel when I am around this person (s)? 2.)   How do I feel after I leave this person (s)? If you feel disrespected, disregarded, manipulated, tired, exhausted or despondent it is time to end the relationship or set your boundaries. My advice if you decid

Psychic Tip of the Day - Spirit Guides

Image
Who are our Spirit Guides? Where do they come from? Our Spirit Guides assist us throughout our life as a human on planet Earth. We have spirit guides that are with us from our first breath to our last breath. There are what I call specialty spirit guides who come in to assist us with growth, projects, relationships etc. Our Spirit guides can be our ancestors from this lifetime, our family members, friends who have passed through the veils. My great granmother Georgia and my grandmother Felisa are spirit guides who show up for me when I need support for decisions. I know each of them by smell before I see them. My Great Grandmother smells like coffee and toast. My Grandmother Felisa smells like Avon's Rose perfume. I also have two warriors who assist me with my toughness and protection. They were friends of mine during Joan of Arc's time. We had a great time taking back France from England. Our spirit guides can also be animals or pets who have passed on. We
