Clean and clear your altar, set it up for your new ideas and ways of being!

Plant some flower seeds or bulbs write a note before planting of what you want to accomplish before the fall equinox. Watch as your flower(s)/Intention(s) grow.

Write down what you are grateful for and place that where you can see it and add to it daily.

Go out and admire nature!

Celebrate your day and make it a habit to celebrate and thank the Sun for all life!
