Practical Intuition

This summer has been wild and crazy! Today I am celebrating, Jupiter goes direct today and I am very excited. Jupiter represents expansion on so many levels and I can't wait to see what will happen in the next few months. Mercury is out of retrograde and everyone seems to be settling down from the retrograde. What did you learn about yourselves? 

Many of you have asked for ways to help yourselves energetically and intuitively, especially those of you who are empathic. For those of you who are empathic there are a couple of ways to help yourself - 
1.) The Touch Game - You can use this with your emapthic kids. This is fun and a great way to discern your own feelings and those of others. Sit together as a family or group. One person touches each person in the group for a few moments, gathering emotions of the other person. Write it down. Then taking a deep breath between touching each person doing the same. Then focus on yourself. How are you feeling? When your group is done share what you have found. 

2.) Shielding -  See yourself within a mirrored ball. Mirrors facing outward, so anything coming at you will slip away from you, keeping you clean and clear of other peoples stuff. Make sure to refresh your mirrored ball every time you leave your house. 

3.) Set up Boundaries with people who you feel drain you. Making sure to keep those boundaries in place. This way you retain your energy. 

Some of you have asked to see your Spirit Guides or Angels. Here is a video about using pendulums and scrying. Try it out and see what happens and with anything remember you need to practice. 





Remember to be pratical with your practice, use common sense and follow your intuition and insticts. You always have a choice as to how you will live your life. Nothing is written in stone.
