Crown Chakra - Seat of Consciousness


The crown chakra is at the top of your head, it is 2-3 inches in diameter and it is you connection to the Divine, your spirit guides, angels, ascended masters, cosmic beings and your higher self. 


When the Crown Chakra is balanced and we have the ability to see the divine in all things. 


The crown chakra assists with the health, balance and connection to  all the other ‘bodies’ astral, emotional, spiritual, physical, mental etc

Pineal  - The pineal gland is a small, pea-shaped gland in the brain. Its function isn't fully understood. Researchers do know that it produces and regulates some hormones, including melatonin. Melatonin is best known for the role it plays in regulating sleep patterns. Sleep patterns are also called circadian rhythms. - Anatomy 101 


Sleep is very important -The Pineal gland reminds of our rhythm. Everyone is different in their needs of rest and sleep. I know during the month my sleep rhythm changes, I make sure I get enough rest so I feel energetic and uplifted. 


Pay attention, be present so you can feel what your body needs.

When the crown chakra is open you will have the ability to discern when there is an imbalance in your energy/auric field or chakras.  


I encourage you to maintain your chakras and energy field, when you are clear fiscally you can make clear decisions for yourself, be in tune with your environment and understand your good guidance from your spirit guides, angels, ascended masters, cosmic beings etc.
