I am writing a series called Lucy Prophet Psychic Girl. When I started to develop the characters and Lucy herself I had to really look at Gratitude and appreciation and understand it. Lucy is grateful for everything. Yes, she leads a wonderful life full of different adventures.


I really studied what gratitude and appreciation is. I use what I have learned now and I find that my life is easier, it is kinder and I have the ability to manifest what I want in my life. Gratitude will change your life – it has changed mine in great ways.  For those of you want to change or enhance your lives listen up and do the homework that I am going to give you. You will start to see subtle changes in your life and as you continue to be in a state of gratitude you will see your life change to a place of ease and grace. 

  

How many of you wrote your gratitudes last weeK? How did you feel afterwards? 


Being grateful helps raise your vibration. It helps with your presence and staying vertical so you do not miss the wonderfulness of your life. Being in a state of gratitude assists with a healthy mind, body and spirit. 

 

Appreciation - recognition and enjoyment of the good qualities of someone or something.

 

Everyone likes hearing you acknowledge and appreciate them. You don't need to kiss anyones toes, just acknowledging a favor, your child doing good at school, a husband or wife being a good spouse for example. It helps everyone feel good and also raises their resonance. 

 

Who do you appreciate? Write that down for your homework, everyone you appreciate, everyone you are truly thankful for. 

 

How do you feel? 

 

Appreciating your environment, is important. What do you appreciate in your home, car, work? 

 

Write it down.

 

Kindness especially in these days can go a long way. Be kind, thoughtful, mindful. Open your heart and allow love to flow through your being on this journey you are on. Yreay others as you love being treated

Practice mindfulness. ... the quality or state of being conscious or aware of something. Presence – being present – going vertical -  ex 

Keep a gratitude journal ... 

Volunteer ... 

Spend time with loved ones ... 

Improve your happiness in other areas of your life. Find that which makes you happy and give yourself permission to enjoy!


Keep your heart open and aligned with the energy of LOVE!
